About Supportal

Supportal Health provides the infrastructure and services to deliver structured 1-to-1 peer support programmes. Services include mentor screening and guidance, marketing support, governance, and outcome measurement. Supportal enables healthcare providers, organisations, payers and charities to run these programmes in a governed, structured way, at scale.

How It Works

Supportal provides the infrastructure to help healthcare organisations implement their own white-labelled peer mentorship programme and onboard mentors from their existing patient community. The programme includes mentor screening and guidance, patient-mentor filtering, governed 1-to-1 video call sessions, and KPI reporting on programme outcomes. Healthcare organisations can either run the programme on their own, or Supportal can fill any resource or capacity gaps with its optional services.

For Health Systems & Organisations

Yes. Supportal is a white-label infrastructure: patients interact with your brand, not Supportal's. You can launch under your own brand or work with Supportal's team to build a new one. Either way, healthcare organisations can choose how to approach implementation. This flexibility is one of the programme's core design principles.

For Charities

Yes. Charities can use Supportal to extend their mission beyond awareness or to expand existing support efforts. Supportal can handle the infrastructure: screening, governance, and outcome measurement, so the charity can focus on the people they support.

For Health Payers & Insurers

Yes. Payers can use Supportal to add structured peer support to their member benefits, connecting them with mentors who've navigated a similar health journey. Supportal provides the screening framework, mentor guidance, governance, and outcome measurement at scale.
